What Vitamin D3 should I take: 1000 IU or 2500 IU?
The difference between 1000IU and 2500IU of Vitamin D3 is the dosage. Based on Health Canada's recommendation for Vitamin D, it is up to you which Vitamin D3 Organika product to take. For example if you are taking 5000IU a day, you can take either 5 drops of the 1000IU product, or 2 drops of the 2500IU product. It is always recommended to speak with your health practitioner to get a clear understanding of how much Vitamin D you should take in a day. For most children under 10 it is recommended to take 1000 IU a day and for this reason the 1000IU product would make sense.
