Where do you ship?

We ship nationwide within Canada. All online orders are shipped out of our facilities in Toronto, ON, Canada.

How long will my order take?

We are pleased to offer 2-3 days express shipments to all metropolitan centres, Canada wide. Note that some rural areas may require additional shipping windows. Please allow 2 business days for orders to be processed.

How much does shipping cost? 

We offer free shipping on orders $79 or more after discounts and before taxes.

A shipping fee of $9.99 applies for all orders under $79.

What about returns? 

We craft every batch with care and test like pros. Try any product at Organika.com for up to 60 days worry-free. If your order doesn't meet or exceed your expectations, our Customer Experience Team at care@organika.com will be happy help.

What is your return policy for orders made on Organika.com?

You may try any product from Organika.com worry-free for up to 60 days. If you are not satisfied within that 60 days, we will accept a return.

For unopened products:

Please email care@organika.com with your order number, product name and the reason for your return. A return slip will be mailed to you, and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment upon receipt of the returned product.

For opened/tried products:

Please email care@organika.com with your order number, product name, and the reason for your dissatisfaction. You will be issued an e-gift card to Organika.com within 7-10 business days of your return being accepted.

What is your return policy for orders from a retailer?

You will need to contact the vendor or retailer that you purchased the product from, as they will have their own return policy.

If you are unable to return your Organika product to the original retailer, our Customer Experience Team will be happy to help. Email care@organika.com with your proof of purchase and reason for your dissatisfaction.

Do you accept order cancellations?

Once it’s in motion, we can’t stop it.

Organika reserves the right to change or amend this policy. In some instances, certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee, or not be eligible, but please reach out to us first so we can help you resolve any questions or issues you may have.
